Refund a Takeaway order

Details refund and unpay processes via Transactions: searching orders, issuing refunds, confirming notifications, and unpaying payments.

Please note that only managers can do the refund.

1) Click on the Menu button in the top right-hand corner.

2) Select the transactions option from the side pane.

3) You can see all the transactions here. Recent ones will be on top, now select or search the transaction you wish to refund.

Issue Refund:

4) Select the correct order, you can see the details and verify it. If you want to issue a refund, you can press on "Issue Refund" button.

5) You will get a notification, press refund.

6) You will get a banner notification of a successful refund, or you can see the same in a transaction.

Unpay:

1) Select the appropriate order and click on unpay.

2) Press on unpay button when you see this notification.

3) A banner notification will show up regarding successful unpay, and you can also make sure by checking the transactions, you can't see the unpaid transaction.
