1) Press the menu button and select Takeaways.
2) You can see all the orders. To find the correct order, you can go through all the orders or use the search bar. In the search bar, you can search with the first name, last name, order number or address/post code.
3) For example, I am using the first name to fetch the order here.
4) Select the order and click on the order status.
5) Press on Cancel.
1. If the customer has not paid for the order:
1) It will ask whether to void the order or not.
2) You can restore the order again if you haven't voided it. Once you void order, the status of the order cannot be changed.
2. If the customer paid for the order:
1) It will ask whether you'd like to refund the order.
2) Selecting a refund will refund the amount to the customer. On the other hand, selecting no will cancel the refund. You can summarise payment details in the bottom right corner of the screen.
