Enabling Stock

1) To start, find the Menus page. Go to the "Items" dropdown on the left-hand side of your screen, choose "Menus" and find your item.

2) After finding the item you want to enable stock on, scroll down until you see the table for "Stock". Click on Enable stock, and if you need to, add "Stock Quantity" and a "Low Stock Threshold". After you have finished editing the stock for this specific item, click the "Save Changes" button.

Adding Stock

1) If you didn't add stock when enabling stock and want to add the stock through a different page, you can go to the "Stock" dropdown and click on the Add Stock page.

From here, you can search for however many items you would like and add them all to the table. If you have barcodes on your items set up, you can use the barcode scanner on the right of the search bar to scan each item; doing this will add it automatically to the table.

2) After adding the items you need into the table, you can add any amount of stock to each item one at a time. Once done, click the top right "Save" button. This will add the amount of stock to each item inside the table, including enabling the stock for each of the items if not already.

3) You can remove any items by clicking on the Remove action button on the item row you want to remove and clicking "Confirm". Click "Cancel" if you do not want to remove the item.

Doing a Stock Take

1) To start, go to the "Stock" dropdown on the left-hand side of your screen and click on the Stock Takes page.

2) Click the "Create New" button on the top right of your screen, which will take you to a new page called "Create Stock Take".

3) From here, you can search for each item in your Items list. This will include items that have stock enabled and also disabled. Add the items you have chosen to the table.

4) Now you can change the quantity of each item; this will show the difference between the system quantity and the counted quantity. When there is a discrepancy, the number will show red; when there isn't, it will show as white.

5) After completing the stock take, you can click the "Save" button on the top right of the page. Which will then take you to a dialog where you can name the specific Stock Take, for example, the date, or type of stock, etc.

6) After saving, it will take you to a page for the Stock Take, which will show all of the stock counted for the items, the details, an option to download to PDF and all of the stock data you saw on the page before.

7) To see other stock takes, either click on the "Stock Takes" back arrow from the screenshot above. Or click on the "Stock" dropdown and then "Stock Takes". From here you can see all Stock Takes, the name, time created and the status.
