Add Void/Comp Reason
1) To add a Void, Comp or Refund reason, it is the same for all. Depending on which one you would like to add, start by clicking on the "Items" dropdown, then the "Reasons" dropdown, and choose either Void, Comp or Refund. For this example, the Void page is shown.
2) When adding, click on the "+ Add" button on the top right of the table. This will open a dialog.
3) You can name the added reason, make it active and also make the reason adjust the stock when chosen on the POS system. Once done, click the "Add Reason" button.
Editing a Reason
1) To edit a reason, go to your desired page by clicking on the "Items" dropdown, then the "Reasons" dropdown, and then selecting your reasons page. Once again, for this example the Void page is used.
2) Click on the "Edit" button on the same row as the item you want to edit, which will open a dialog.
3) Then you can edit your Reason to your liking. When done, click the "Update" button.
