Once the app has been loaded and team logins have been enabled, you will be greeted with this screen.
1) Enter your 4-digit pin to access the app.
Team members have restricted use of the app and can't do the following things
Add order or item discounts
Access Reports or Settings
Void items added to an existing order
If team members need to access any of these issues, a Team leader/manager needs to log in.
2) To do this, you need to go into Home and then press the sign-out button.
Once signed out a manager can sign in and do any actions that are required without future disrupting the user flow.
When Team logins are enabled, it means you can view who has taken an order, transaction or payment, so you can easily diagnose problems within the service.
