Payouts for Yuze are different depending on whether you're taking payments online or instore as currently, Yuze uses two different merchant services to process payments. Here's what you need to know.

Payouts for online ordering transactions will be processed daily after 3 business days. This means that you can expect to receive your funds from online orders in a timely manner to keep your business running smoothly. In most cases, when you start processing live payments from your customers with Stripe, you won’t receive your first payout until 7–14 days after receiving your first successful payment.

Online ordering payouts will appear as "STRIPE" on your statement. Rest assured that these payouts are associated with your Yuze transactions.

For in-store card payments and payments taken over the phone, payouts are even quicker! They will be processed on the next working day. This ensures that you have access to your funds without delay. Unlike Stripe, you will receive your first payout the next working day after receiving your first successful payment.

Payouts for in-store card payments and over-the-phone payments will appear as either "Elavon" or "EMS" on your statement. Please be aware that these descriptors correspond to your Yuze Point of Sale transactions.
