Accept Remote Desktop Connection

Explains how to enable remote access so the Yuze support team can troubleshoot your card reader or POS device.

If you encounter an issue and our support team needs to accept your card reader or POS, we need you to do the following.

1) Exit from the TidyPay or Yuze apps and select the Remote Assistant app.

2) Turn this option on.

3) All done! This enables the remote connection.
